An overview of our requirements and procedures

We would like to give our customers an update on our new procedures to ensure the safety of our customers and colleagues.

Our experienced engineers are able to carry out testing without customers present. However, we understand that sometimes there may be a need for our customers to be on site. In this instance, we will email a questionnaire to you 48 hours in advance and we ask for this to be returned no later than 24 hours ahead of your scheduled test day. If you, or any members of your family, display symptoms of Covid-19 we respectfully ask that you do not attend our premises.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to sanitise your hands and use our meeting room whilst we carry out the test. If you are to be present in the test area, we ask that you wear a mask. Our team have their temperature checked daily and the engineer will also be wearing a mask and using hand sanitiser. We ask that you follow Government guidelines and keep a safe distance from our team.

If our customers do not need to be present, we can happily complete the testing and update on the progress and results via email, phone or using skype/zoom meetings.
